The greatest appreciation a chef can recieve is the expression of the person thats trying his meal. I discovered this at a time when my life had been completely turned upside down. My orignal goal was to pursue a career in architecture but an automobile accident left me badly injured with my life now on hold. While I was in a long recovery i stumbled into cooking and more specifically baking cheesecakes.
